To guarantee the quality of delivery (and returns), we apply strict requirements to the packaging of your order. In the overview you will find how we secure the products for all types of deliveries.

Solar panels

Whole pallets

The manufacturer supplies the pallets with complete packaging. The panels are stacked upright and then wrapped in sturdy cardboard packaging. The cardboard is wrapped with plastic wrap and documents are added with serial numbers. The pallet is then fixed with strong polyester straps.

Note: You need at least two pairs of hands to open this type of packaging. One person holds the pallet upright while the second person unstacks the modules.

Half pallets

As soon as you order less than a whole pallet from us, we will have to repack the factory pallet.

• We always lay the panels flat with the aluminum frames directly above each other.
• Monofacial modules lie with the glass side up.
• To protect the cables and junction box, the lower module rests on cardboard.
• The upper modules are also covered with cardboard.
• The entire order is wrapped with foil and fixed with at least 2 straps.

Solar panels plus cardboard boxes

Solar panels are often ordered in combination with inverters and other supplies. These are placed in boxes on top of the pallet. They are then also fixed with straps, so that everything is sent as 1 pallet.

If a half pallet of solar panels is ordered, care is taken that the weight of the boxes is evenly distributed over the surface of the pallet. We will also always fix them to the edges of the pallet. This way we prevent damage to the glass panel in the middle of the pallet.

Home batteries

Our home battery sets often consist of several components. These are delivered per set on a Euro pallet. Just like the solar panels, the boxes are wrapped with plastic wrap and then fixed. We protect the product packaging with cardboard corner profiles to prevent the polyester straps from cutting into the packaging when tightening.

Parcel shipments

All other orders can be shipped with parcels. The products are always delivered in their original packaging. These will be delivered with DPD or added to your pallet shipment.
