What type of products do you offer?

We have shifted our focus to consumer electronics, broadening our offerings to include a diverse selection of products such as robot vacuum cleaners, household appliances, telecom devices, headphones, and more. Our range features renowned brands like Xiaomi, Apple, Samsung, Huawei, JBL, Sony, and Sennheiser, alongside innovative newcomers in specialized markets such as A Dece Oasis e-bikes.

Are your products brand new or refurbished?

All our products are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Can you assist with sourcing specific products not listed on your website?

Yes, we can assist with sourcing products against 30% T/T DDP/CIF. Please contact our sales team with your requirements for further assistance.

Ordering and Shipping
What are the payment methods?

Payment security is always our top priority. That is why we only work with recognized payment methods.

The following payment methods are accepted with us:

When will I be refunded?

Refunds will be made within 30 working days after the return has been received. All undamaged properly returned products will be credited to the buyer's payment method and you will receive an email confirmation when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may need additional days to process the transaction after they receive the information from us.

Can I place an order on credit?

Currently, placing an order on credit is not possible. All orders will only be processed once full payment has been received, especially with new customers. However, we do offer sourcing services where we require a 30% down payment with the remaining 70% due before transport.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Didn't receive one? Reach out to us by email or phone.

Returns and Support
What to do in case of transport damage?

If there is transport damage, you can file a claim for the shipment, but you must report it within 2 working days. Therefore, ensure that the products are inspected upon receipt and always take photos of the goods upon arrival. If you notice damage during delivery, do not accept the shipment.

I received the wrong products

If we made a mistake, we will promptly arrange for the correct products to be delivered. Please inform us within a week, and we will provide a suitable solution.

I made a mistake in my order

If you placed an incorrect order by mistake, please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will not charge any additional costs and will adjust the order according to your preferences.

Handling fees If the order is already prepared for transport, we charge an additional 50 euros to correct it. This covers the costs we incur for repackaging bulk packaging and returning items to our inventory.

Transport costs If transport has already been scheduled and the order cannot be corrected on time, you are responsible for the transport costs of the new delivery.

Miscellaneous
Do you have physical stores where I can see the products?

Currently, we operate solely through our online platform. Detailed product information and images are available for viewing on our website. Goods can be inspected before shipping by appointment only.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

Product availability is indicated on each product’s page. If a product is out of stock, you may choose to be notified when it becomes available again.

Do you offer bulk purchasing or wholesale discounts?

Yes, we offer bulk purchasing and wholesale discounts on certain products. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Are there any promotions or discounts available?
